Job Description
LUMEDX currently has an excellent opportunity for a Director of SaaS to join our Bellevue team! The Director, SaaS is responsible for scaling and managing the full stack of SaaS infrastructure and technology. This role will collaborate with Product Management and Software Engineering to enhance product architecture for performance, reliability, availability, and security. The ideal candidate will be passionate about infrastructure and engineering best practices and can streamline processes and lead by example.

Essential Goals
Build a culture of DevOps capability.
Design and develop high availability deployment and monitoring systems.
Define the SaaS operations technology vision and drive the execution monitoring, configuration management, performance tuning and capacity planning.
Continuously improve operations processes, including incident, problem, change management and disaster recovery.
Work closely with development team and leadership to ensure company’s goals and strategies are met.
Establish policies and procedures for company’s SaaS security and performance standards.
Assist in design and maintenance of highly secure and high performing Cloud Based infrastructure.
Responsible for the overall supervision and direction of the SaaS department.
Complies with all company policies and procedures.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of SaaS/large-scale web application management experience.
Experience managing infrastructure and teams.
Experience with multi-tenant application support including data-models, data security, and capacity planning in a highly virtualized environment.
Experience with operating software designed for on-premise installation inside of a SaaS environment.
Experience in migrating software architecture from on-premise design to SaaS optimized architecture.
Familiarity with current Microsoft technologies for DevOps (C#/.NET/Azure).
Demonstrated success in project management, managing and improving client satisfaction and excellent organizational communication skills.
