B.S. degree in Engineering required, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.

Ten years of Project, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical & Controls Engineering experience required, eight years of Mechanical Engineering experience in project management preferred. Two years of Operations or Maintenance experience can be substituted towards the 10 year requirement. This position requires a teammate to have two years minimum experience in multiple physical locations.

Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.

Professional Certification - Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Six Sigma black belt preferred.

Provide leadership, develop, coach and mentor individuals in the Engineering groups in order to help them continuously improve their performance, education, training and skill level.

Responsible for design, development, installation, and technical support of equipment for all FSBP manufacturing plants in all geographic areas of responsibility including: Europe, Asia, South America and North America.

Manage all aspects of large capital and expense projects. Direct the efforts of support groups within FSBP to meet goals of assigned projects.

Balance group workload and coordinate with the work schedule.

Responsible and accountable for budget estimating, project planning, scheduling and cost accounting.

Direct outside contractors as well as plant maintenance personnel on equipment installations/upgrades as required.

Act as a resource to review complex engineering calculations.

Responsible for the definition and management of capacity calculations and planning in all areas.

Lead continuous improvement efforts through Six Sigma methodology working closely with the Continuous Improvement Team to reduce cost and improve processes.

Remain current on latest technology in processing equipment and data analysis tools.

Work with safety group to ensure equipment and processes are designed to meet all requirements of risk assessment programs.
