Job Description
The Director of Channels and Alliances (DCA) will focus on the identification, pursuit and development of new business partners to drive new revenue streams for Bay Dynamics. S/he will identify potential Partners and develop the strategy to recruit, sign, engage and enable these strategic partners identify new prospects and customers to be added to the Bay Dynamics customer base. The DCA should have a strong understanding of the security landscape and shares a passion for Bay’s culture and value proposition.
A fundamental measure of success for this position will be meeting business development benchmarks and creating sustainable revenue. The successful candidate will have extensive experience and close connections relevant in our market.
Responsibilities:
Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management
Identify and build at the following Tier levels:
1- Top Tier Systems Integrators to include Accenture, Cap Gemini, PWC, and Deloitte
2- National Resellers to include the like of Optive, Forsythe, Fusion Storm, Prosys and more.
3- Local Resellers to drive increased field activity and sales with specialty resellers with strong local relationships and capabilities.
4- Managed Security Service Providers – drive partnership offerings with the MSSP, such as Dell, Verizon, and others to offer Bay Dynamics products as part of their offering to their customer base.

Viewed as a team player who also possesses the independence of thought and opinion to provide candor and honesty when making key business decisions.
Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
10+ years in business development, partner/alliance development with proven success in proactive business development at a technology company.
Able to negotiate complex agreements with limited assistance.
Experience marketing or selling products or services in a start-up or early stage environment
Able to drive to results through excellent communication skills and streamlined decision making.
Experience and depth of knowledge in security and BI field.
Bachelors’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
