Job Description
SodexoMAGIC is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for their Wellness Director position atr the Walt Disney World District. This position will drive client and Disney Cast Member satisfaction through the implementation of new and established programs and services throughout 42 cost centers.

The Selected Candidate Will
Have the ability to manage and engaged our teams through operational knowledge and effective decision making.

Have demonstrated success as a leader with identified accomplishments reflecting both team and individual performance gains.
Be responsible for relationships and will be the key communication link for all Wellness initiatives, goals and programing throughout property.
Be responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects this includes identifying resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan, deadlines and budgetary constraints.
In collaboration with the key stakeholders, defines the project scope, goals, objectives and deliverables that support business goals and objectives. Reports on progress, resolves obstacles and oversees quality control throughout the project life cycle as well as successful implementation of the final product/program/process.
Work with the management and culinary team to complete menu nutritional analysis, and develop creative and innovative new programs.

Work closely with the Disney Cast and client, including senior leadership and administration.
Team with Sodexo’s internal marketing specialist for promotions, including social media, blogs, Internet applications and communications.

Have experience in dealing with clients and diverse populations with issues related to food allergies, weight management and disordered eating patterns and other medical issues requiring meal selection assistance.

Provide support for menu development with the culinary team that responds to the Disney Cast’s nutritional goals and preferences as well as providing education relative to making healthy food choices.

Need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, have a track record of proactive interaction with the clients, and be a team player.
Assist other Sodexo Disney Magic accounts as needed.
Participate in Health Fairs, Lunch- n- Learns, cooking demos, and develop and deliver presentations as needed to support client goals.
Must be a Registered Dietitian eligible for licensure in FL.

The best qualified candidate will have demonstrated strong strategic leadership skills, highly proactive and engaging communication skills, must possess technical presentation skill. This person must be highly motivated as well as team oriented. Strong client and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

Position Summary

Provides direction, development, and deployment of leading edge nutrition and wellness programs in collaboration with brand team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Is responsible for deployment of national Nutrition and Wellness Brand Standards within area of accountability. Will work with the client on collaborative Wellness Initiatives throughout Walt Disney World Cast Dining Properties
