Job Description
This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing strategic ISV partners for the National Dynamics Partner ecosystem. This is part of the Worldwide Microsoft Business Solutions Sales and Partners Group.
This role will be responsible for:
-Developing and driving the strategy for Customer Service focused ISVs with input from the key stakeholders.
-Insuring we are ahead of the product recruit requirements (i.e. workloads and general partner capacity) by identifying and qualifying viable partners to recruit to fill those solution gaps and/or build channel capacity.
-Helping partners develop a go to market strategy to drive Unified Service penetration and internal/external value proposition to a viable business plan and product certifications to a vibrant relationship with the Microsoft sales organization to overall sales readiness.
- Aligning partners with the geographic field sales teams to drive incremental Dynamics revenue and develop first joint wins.
This role will be measured on:
-The Partner Programs Director will be required to deliver an articulate & effective strategy, including presentations to partners/customers, the Microsoft leadership team, and the Microsoft field.
– You need to have a thorough understanding of Customer Service and Contact Center ISVs and the broad Microsoft (devices and services) platform, with an emphasis on Dynamics solutions, is desired.
