Job Description
You will be a key player in rollouts of global talent infrastructure projects, including talent website launches/redesigns, launch of application tracking system (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS) evolvement and other key talent infrastructure projects. You will partner with SPE People & Organization (P&O) Tech Ops team to carry launch forward into international geographies, facilitate implementation, develop and roll out training tools, as well as drive enhancements and new functionality as enhancements are released. You will drive the direction and design around reports and dashboards built into the system that will measure success not only of the tool,
but also the philosophy and intent of the tool in a meaningful and accessible manner.
You will be the lead on talent website management, including leading matrix design teams for rebranding and focused branding initiatives, creating feature website content and ensuring brand seamlessness across all talent portals.
You will manage and coordinate initiatives around SPE’s talent portals with the view to maximizing brand influence, front end look and feel a well as back end efficiencies in process and workflow.
OTHER DUTIES
Design and deliver training and communications around ongoing enhancements, development and sustainment of talent infrastructure tools. Prepare communication materials to facilitate global dissemination of key updates, issues, training opportunities and community development around use of the tools.
Prepare decks and presentations that include key product announcements as well as metrics around usage and ROI in talent infrastructure investments.
Act as the primary contact for user issues (excluding technical troubleshooting); Implement processes that improve the talent management system (with the view to increasing self-service functionality), and increase end user efficiency/productivity. Initiate and maintain standard operating procedures for the system, including training tools, in-system help functionality and user guides.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or training/certification in project management or technology preferred
Experience:
7-10 years experience managing recruiting and learning tools implementations preferred.
Experience in website content creation and content management
Experience with learning management and recruiting tools
Experience working in recruiting environment preferred
Exceptional attention to detail while being comfortable in a changing environment.
Experience in tools, such as Cornerstone, Workday, Taleo as well as in content management systems (Percussion)
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Proficient with Excel, Outlook
