Job description
The Director of eCommerce Evangelism will be Arrow.com’s go-to person for telling our story to suppliers and customers on stage at events and in videos, webinars and conference rooms around the world. The successful candidate is an engaging communicator, passionate about technology, electronics and eCommerce and loves interacting with suppliers, customers and other Arrow employees.
We’re seeking not only a skilled presenter but also an excellent listener, who will be curious about the needs and challenges of our partners in the electronics industry.



Description Of Responsibilities
Become an expert on and deliver compelling presentations about Arrow.com and other Arrow Digital products.
Present and provide a professional presence at industry and Arrow events and webinars.
Work with the marketing and events teams to create and deliver outstanding content in a variety of formats.
Advise suppliers and customers on how to best leverage Arrow Digital’s portfolio of products.
Identify opportunities to bring Arrow content and perspectives to senior executives in our target market.
Build strong relationships and work closely with Arrow sales and operations teams to contribute to customer acquisition and long-term, omni-channel growth.
Uncover unique insights and articulate the perspectives of partners for internal audiences in order to inform marketing programs and product initiatives.

Required Skills


Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to tell a story with data in a compelling way.
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience designing and making products highly preferred.
Must be a compelling and experienced presenter with sharable examples of previous speaking engagements, conference speaker feedback and/or recorded webcasts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required with a technical background or technical orientation strongly preferred.
Up to 50% travel is required of this role.
