Director - Student Recruitment - New York Film Academy - Los Angeles

Job description
New York Film Academy is looking for an experienced student recruiter who will serve as a leader among the enrollment team. As an Director of Recruitment, it is your responsibility to qualify leads and help move them along the admissions process until they walk into the New York Film Academy as students. Your primary goal is to recruit students for our degree programs and help improve our outreach efforts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate school visits and identify untapped markets within your territory
Create and maintain relationships with Guidance and Career Counselors
Input student's information and contacts made into the our database; maintain the input of data
Be a direct liaison between Undergraduate, Graduate, Community College and elite high schools to the New York Film Academy
Follow up with prospective students met at Recruitment Events


Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Proven recruitment track record
• Bachelors Degree required
• Posses a positive attitude and determined work ethic
• Ability to travel
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective students
