Job description
Fidelity Pricing & Cash Management Services (FPCMS) provides accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment products. These services include calculating and distributing NAVs, distribution rates and yields for a wide variety of investment products; preparing fund financial statements, dividend estimates and tax returns; monitoring delivery of fund trades to custodian banks; processing corporate actions; collecting securities income on behalf of the funds; reconciling, reporting and moving money in support of fund shareholder transactions; and managing fund liquidity.

The FPCMS Systems and Solutions Delivery team provides core application development and support services for all FPCMS business units. We are seeking a person who will champion the governing, scaling, and measuring of the Agile delivery framework within Systems and Solutions Delivery. With consideration for the Agile values and principles, the focus of this leadership position is on delivering value to our projects and programs in an effort to obtain predictable delivery.


Primary Responsibilities
Monitor project execution through quantitative and qualitative measures of value, outcome, velocity, morale, and satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and promote Agile best practice standards including the use of boards and tools where appropriate.
Coordinate between Agile teams for progress and impediments via project management oversight.
Collaborate with executive leadership team on portfolio governance for investment decisions.
Oversee Release Management with the goal of providing release planning, deployment strategy, communication and coordination between development teams and across the organization with a goal of moving the department towards the Agile Release Train.
Engage in ongoing collaboration with external portfolio planning department while continually striving for transparent and efficient working relationships
Maintain and evolve measurement tools and KPIs to assess Agile delivery organization’s effectiveness, and report regularly to teams and leadership
Oversee PMO process implementation and be deeply involved in improving the consistency and predictability of project delivery capability.
Facilitate organizational learning, change management, and process adoption of Agile via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, and retrospective findings.
Provide management, coaching and development to a staff (less than 10); be responsible for hiring decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience
Education and Experience
12 years minimum experience in project/program management with 3 years of Agile/Scrum
Extensive experience in delivering projects utilizing Agile methods
ScrumMaster or other Agile certification is a plus
Expertise or experience with Agile tools in the market
