JOB SUMMARY
The Director, IT Business Systems manages and plans multiple projects and activities to develop and support new and existing corporate information systems applications that provide accuracy, quality, efficiency and user satisfaction. This position also provides data architecture and administration of enterprise-level data warehouses and associated operational data stores.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides quality assured software development and customized application solutions. Includes proposal and contract preparation, cost/benefit analysis, requirements, design, programming and implementation.
Leads the IT team that directly supports the business systems for Accounting, Finance, HR, Fuels, and other areas of the business.
Implements, manages and supports corporate business applications. Works with corporate management on strategic planning, Enterprise Architecture, and identification and prioritization of projects.

Designs, provides Quality Assurance and integrated implementation for internal and third party systems.
Recruits, selects, trains, coaches and develops a team of IT professionals.

Desired Skills and Experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience-based learning, plus a minimum of ten years progressively more responsible experience in information systems.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and activities through professional staff.
Strong communciation skills. Ability to create and give executive presentations.
