Director - Device Leasing - Sprint - Overland Park


Job description
Responsible for strategy and operational function of Sprint's device leasing program. Leads the strategic direction of the leasing program. Responsible for establishing partnership model for leasing including forward pricing and systems integration. Manages leasing product portfolio, pricing and residual value for devices. Determines available financing options and partners with vendors management for leasing model financially. Defines systems architecture to support leasing business. Develops, implements and maintains policies and procedures for the operation of the leasing program. Responsible for asset tracking of leased products. Responsible for reporting metrics and partners with Finance on Financial reporting for the leasing portfolio.


Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
Five years progressive management experience
Five years financial planning, forecasting and decision support experience
Five years vendor management experience
Preferred Experience:
Ten years of managerial experience in a team leadership role
Five years field management experience in sales or operations
Five years experience solving customer impacting problems
Five years experience influencing executive level stakeholders
