And they all use Conductor solutions to better position their content on the web, while they are fundamentally changing their organizations’ marketing functions using our technology platform, Searchlight.
So what’s the role we have in mind? We have a great product, great engineers, an amazing Customer Success staff – and we’ve been holding a position open for you. It’s time to come on board, roll up your sleeves, and establish the product marketing function here at Conductor.The good news? You’re going to have some amazing help, and a first class team. What we need is your passion, your leadership, and your experience in Product Marketing.
So here is the gig:
The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for developing – and then telling – messaging to both internal and external audiences about Conductor’s products that will help drive awareness and demand. You’ll be the primary owner for the messaging framework, and work with our Product, Demand Gen, Sales Enablement and CS Enablement teams to deliver that message. We’ve already started building a top-notch content team, and they will be on hand to help you tell our story.

Perform targeting/segmentation exercises
Map out the potential buying process for the product, including key roles that will participate in it
Develop buyer personas for the identified roles
Build positioning and messaging for a product
Build relevant content for buyer roles to consume (white papers, brochures, social media, Web pages, online events, etc)
Develop competitive comparison guides for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations
Collaborate with sales enablement on a well-defined sales enablement plan
Assist in product naming
Manage launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial releases, including campaign strategy and/or alignment to existing solution campaign structure
Develop a range of customer testimonials for both external and internal use, including written case studies
Drive product retention and growth strategies, in conjunction with the Customer Success organization and CS Enablement
Develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships
