Perk is a privately held headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in San Francisco, CA and Bangalore, India.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITES:
Lead the scaling of our business operations through financial acumen, forecasting, and business savvy
Lead the Perk financial department including accounts payable and recievable, member rewards and product forecasting
Managing and maintaining control of the Company's accounting and reporting in accordance with US GAAP and Company's policies- including Chart of Accounts and General Ledger entries
Safeguarding and managing Company Assets
Managing tax compliance with federal, state and local entities as well as overseeing outside accountants
Participating in strategic and operational meetings
Preparing budgets and financial presentations as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
5 years+ experience for a consumer Internet company or B2B2C
Experience in scaling an early-stage company
Experience with advertising and IAB standard revenue models
Data-driven analytics based decision maker
Experience in presentations to executives, stakeholders, and investors
Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines when required
