Director of Client Services
iCapital Network is redefining the alternative investment process with innovative technology for fund managers, institutions, and qualified investors. Our founding team has raised billions of dollars of private equity and has a diverse background of developing software and data businesses. We are well funded by top tier investment banks, private placement firms, and fund administration service providers.

The Director of Client Services will manage the following areas:
Deliver amazing client service to our growing base of fund managers and institutional investors
Draft content for our online knowledge base, support inquiries, and help materials
Take ownership of the entire client support process to achieve leading client retention goals
Recruit a team of highly proactive and results oriented team members
Provide actionable client / market feedback to the development team to refine our product and platform

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
5-10 years experience managing a high performance client services team
Strong background in alternative investments (Private Equity, Hedge, Credit Funds)
Incredible passion for the application of innovative technology
Outstanding presentation and listening skills - the successful candidate will interact heavily with senior management from leading alternative investment managers
Exceptional organizational and writing skills
Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment
