Job description
As the Director of Product Management for Audience, you will be in charge of connecting Vimeo’s outstanding creative content to the network of viewers in equally creative ways. Our members demand the best experience. We’re looking for a creative strategic thinker who will drive the product to meet the growing need to discover, consume and share the best content on the web with best-in-class features and tools. You will also shape the video on demand transaction experience. We are looking for a candidate with deep Product Management experience running through their veins while retaining a natural ability to think, feel and speak as a viewer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage the product strategy and roadmap for increasing viewership and distribution
Work with the product team members and the rest of the organization to gather, develop and filter big strategic ideas as well as tactical plans that will delight the viewers
Own the full lifecycle of product development from ideation to plan to execution to analysis
Scope and spec product development requirements
Plan resource prioritization across multiple product lines and departments
Define successful metrics and work with the business intelligence team to track, analyze and report on key performance indicators
Proactively conduct analysis of similar web sites for trending features, strengths and weaknesses
Manage internationalization and translation of our site content
Identify the areas of improvement that could maximize the viewer’s benefits in terms of measurable improvements to overall engagement and user experience

Desired Skills and Experience
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
7+ years in Web Product Management
An obsession with online video that has given you hands on experience with video creation, viewership, distribution tools and services
Past success launching new and innovative products online and examples you can speak to about how the product iterated over time
Insane attention to detail and a mind that is constantly thinking about user experience and engagement
