Director - Multifamily Properties - Phillips Real Estate Services - Seattle


Job description
•Oversees all Multifamily Properties managed by PRES and the property managers who manage them to assure the client is receiving quality management services.
•Reports directly to the President of PRES. Interacts with other Division heads. Monitors and directs activities of Apartment PMs, Condo PMs, their Assistants and site staff.
•Retains current clients through regular communication with Owners, Board Members, on-site personnel, vendors and PRES staff.
•Oversees professional management duties of M.F.
•Review of monthly financial statements and status reports to be sent to owners.
•Develop a management plan to increased Phillip’s market share.
•Visits sites regularly to inspect for condition and curb appeal.
•Controls and coordinates the work of Property Managers.
•Confers with Property Managers conducting periodic reviews.
•Works with Human Resources Director in interviewing, screening, hiring and training new property managers and assistants.
•Establishes standards of customer service.
•Receives on-going training through seminars, staff meetings and industry publications to keep current on Real Estate Law.
•Assists (as needed) in financial, administrative and physical plant maintenance issues
•Establishes and coordinates policies and procedures with accounting and administrative staff.
•Represents Property Manager’s interests to upper management
•Preparation of Division Budget
•Handles emergencies at properties as required

Desired Skills and Experience
•Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a related business field
•Experience and understanding of Property Management and/or Real Estate transactions required
•Washington State Real Estate License Required.
