CSHM, one of the nation’s largest dental practice management companies for the underserved adolescent population, seeks an experienced Billing Director to join its Finance team in Nashville, TN.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining standard billing procedures while collaborating with the Compliance Director to ensure adherence to state and federal billing and reimbursement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a Medicaid billing program resource for Practice Owners & Office Managers
Create and implement billing process workflows, overseeing all areas of billing operations to ensure a consistent system exists to provide timely and accurate billings to all types of payers
Reviews and evaluates all Office Manager policies and procedures on an annual basis and recommends revisions if deemed appropriate
Collaborates with the Information Technology department to ensure optimal use of the existing software system and future system solutions
Coordinates, manages, monitors, and tracks denials and assists in coordinating appeals
Actively takes steps to implement and continually refresh the message from Compliance training
Promotes, educates, and monitors requirements of the Corporate Integrity Agreement and ensures employees receive appropriate training to apply the rules that pertain to their jobs
Encourages openness and a culture of raising issues and concerns while promoting safe and environmentally sound work practices
Places the dental health and safety of our patients above any economic objectives

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors in Finance or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years experience as Billing Manager.
Detail oriented; experience working on stringent timelines
Proficiency in dental terminology, dental coding (CDT, ICD10)
Ability to manage heavy workload and produce accurate information.
