Responsibilities:
- Develop Solution Charters and report them to SMT for investment decision in the area of
cloud infrastructure, platform, application and service solutions, responsible
for keeping and increasing the company’s competitiveness and target for the
business success of Huawei’s cloud solution.
- Solutions of cloud computing data center infrastructure such as Virtualization and Automation of
computing, storage systems and networking, network virtualization and
management, distribute parallel computing frameworks and cloud computing data
center facility, etc.

- Directing the overall cloud solution management team operations, consisting of 25
professional and degreed Engineers within the Marketing Competence Center
Department, evaluating team members’ performance, developing new positions

bonuses and recruit local experts and engineers to fill the positions.

Requirements:
- 10+ years relevant leading R&D/Marketing experience in IT infrastructure and
Cloud Computing domain, in which over 2 years as a director with world-class IT hardware and software
vendors are highly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of product management and R&D processes.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
