Job Description
The Supply Chain Finance Division Field Manager is primarily responsible for supporting Field Operations in financial aspects of the Frito-Lay supply chain. The role works with the field contacts to assist in resolving financial issues, provide financial analysis, Annual Operating Plan, forecasting and maintaining financial controls. This position also works with the Finance team and Headquarter Operations team on projects where their Operations experiences can be leveraged and to provide financial perspectives. The position requires the ability to understand the entire supply chain and its impact on other areas of the business. This position has no direct reports but will need to collaborate with others, at all levels, throughout the organization.- Coach/train field customers on Operations financial processes and models.
- Perform financial analysis of period results and business initiatives.
- Provide insight and analysis to the field forecast.
- Lead geographic region in the AOP process and be part of the Headquarters team which designs and control the field planning process.
- Support ad hoc business analysis requests from Finance and Operations Leadership
This position is graded as Exempt level 10/11. The selected candidate will be placed at the job level that is commensurate with prior experience and technical competency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 -7 years experience in Financial Analysis and/or Operations.
- Excellent computer skills, Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and customer service.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical ability.
- Field Operations experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Essbase and General Ledger.
- Ability to inspire and lead change.
- AOP and Financial Controls experience.
