Our primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and scalability of this process by creating innovative ways to automate the ingestion and processing of high-quality retail product information.To meet these challenges, we are looking for a high-energy, talented engineer to help build and deliver critical solutions for the Amazon retail businesses. You will play a key role in building innovative and robust solutions that drive ongoing improvements to the quality of Amazon's catalogs across our websites worldwide. Your success will depend on your software development and problem solving skills as well as your ability to effectively interact and influence decisions with business and engineering teams across the organization. You will be joining our Catalog Tools team and will be responsible for providing solutions that drive our worldwide retail business.Qualifications- 2+ years of industry experience with a bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent- Hands-on programming experience in Java or C++ and a deep understanding of object oriented design- Practical experience with software engineering best-practices- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present complex technical information clearly to a variety of audiences, including non-technical
