Position Description:
Joint Venture Test Operational Manager is responsible for documenting and implementing change and operational processes for this environment.
This position is responsible for day to day operational management, scheduling, planning of this environment and supporting code promotion into this environment
Position is responsible for working proactively with Release Management, ATC function to schedule releases into JVT environment and plan environment usage
Position is responsible for coordinating environment data and code refreshes to align with testing schedule for number of test efforts in this environment
Skills Required:
Must have experience implementing operational processes for test and production environments
Must have expertise in Environment Support and Change Management
Excellent coordination and planning skills are a must
Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation and people skills are a must
Must have done similar job before, not just know how
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to manage complex assignments, with many moving pieces
Strong project management skills
Must be flexible to support weekend and night implementations (working schedule is not normalized to Mon-Fri) - release schedule and implementation activities will drive schedule
