Job Description
This position is based in Mountain View, CA.
• Develop and implement programs to improve performance for and increase revenue from existing advertisers
• Develop programs to acquire new advertisers and collaborate with marketing to implement
• Improve the systems and dashboards we use to manage SBS advertisers
• Work with Product and Engineering to improve our offering for these advertisers
• At least 15 years relevant experience, of which at least 10 years in customer relationship marketing
• Strategic thinking with experience presenting solutions to senior-level audiences (operational experience required)
• Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical management team
• Hands-on experience managing high-performing teams and a demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
• Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes, and systems
• Successful record of leading large teams in a client-facing environment
