The Commercial Analyst will support the Commercial Manager on global contract negotiations and deal structures during the sales process.

Essential Job Functions:

• To highlight key risk and provide alternative deal shape and commercial terms to improve the risk profile or pricing through the sales process.
• To ensure that the operations understand the contractual commitments related to the deal shape and commercial terms prior to the final contract negotiations

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for assisting in the development of the deal analysis and preparation of the deal review analysis
 Provide recommendations to commercial manager on what commercial levers and various contract/business terms and provisions may be utilized to improve the profitability of BPO deals
 Identify potential compliance risks for governance and change control processes for new or additional services, re-pricing or re-negotiation of services within BPO
 Assist in ensuring uniform and consistent commercial practices are understood and utilized across all operational entities where BPO supports services
 Assist on special projects related to improving pricing, commercial terms or deal shapes within BPO or providing sales tools and templates related to the deal shape or commercial terms
 Participate in deal shaping and commercial discussions for new work with the client on Business Process opportunities
 Responsible for tracking all deals working on to ensure deadlines are met and that all action items are completed from deal reviews
 Prepare adhoc reporting as needed which may include analysis of CCI, price per FTE, COLA, FX, Legal Terms, Transition, Competitive Price Results, etc.
 Analyze existing EAC adjustments to provide recommendations for improvements in deal review process

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience on pricing and financial responsibility on large complex outsourcing contracts
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Admin
• A minimum of 3 years in contract negotiating experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in deal shaping and/or BP outsourcing implementation
• A minimum of 1 year of BPO Outsourcing Contract experience
• Demonstrated successful decision making working with minimal supervision
• Ability to escalate issues, push back on noncompliance and apply standard procedures to ensure accuracy of output
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA preferred
