Salesforce Alliance Leader Cognizant Los Angeles

This role is responsible for business development and strategic interface between Cognizant and SFDC. The Regional alliance director will be responsible for leading joint initiatives, defining and ensuring successful execution of solution opportunities, drive new solution development and go-to-market programs and manage field engagements between the two groups in addition the person would be responsible for achieving the operational metrics required to gain our target status within key partner programs.
Roles:

-Primary point of contact for Cognizant and partners in North America

-Manage and drive tactical execution of joint pipeline with SFDC and other strategic partners

-Create and execute go to market initiatives with partners

-Manage operational components of the partnership

-Ensure continuous improvement of status within the partner echo-system

Requirements: - Very strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Must be able to develop complex strategies, present to executives, seek buy-off and drive tactical execution - Be able to roll up sleeves and manage execution of evolving requirements - Be able to autonomously take on planning and execution of various work streams - Be aggressive and drive accountability in goal setting and execution - Deep knowledge of SFDC echo-system - 10+ years’ experience in alliance management, technology consulting, business development roles in enterprise
