As Director, Product Management, you will lead the development priorities for Spend Guard, our newest product that offers organizations automated, AI-powered fraud detection to help identify high-risk spend across all of their business spend. This is a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience for an entrepreneurial individual who loves building great, innovative products.
You must possess a strong bias for action and an unwavering commitment to making our customers successful, and be able to lead and collaborate with developers, architects, quality engineering, and user experience teams.
You will work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them crystalize the product positioning, its business value, its key benefits, and target customers. You will also evangelize your product offering internally (e.g., sales) and externally (e.g., customers, partners).
Understand and analyze customer needs as well as market dynamics.
Define and own the complete set of product requirements.
Help to drive the product vision and strategy.
Work with engineering to build and launch new features, solve any issues, and manage scope to meet release deadlines.
Work with UI/UX to help define the best possible user experience.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to determine if the requirements are met.
Requirements:
Must have 5-7 years of Product Management experience in an innovative SaaS/Cloud product company.
Experience with fraud investigations, financial data analysis and machine learning/AI-based techniques is a must; experience in procurement, AP/finance or supply chain functions is a plus.
Highly self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-driven team player, with creativity and entrepreneurial flair is essential.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize, summarize, and extract the essence of what matters for each stakeholder.
Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to collaborate successfully with diverse teams, and willingness to pitch in to get things done.
Ability to build and defend business cases, and sell the product vision.
Experience with Agile software development is a must.
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field. MBA preferred.
