Reporting directly to the Vice - President of Consulting Services, the Director Consulting Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for providing IT services to Justice and Integral Services clients in the National Capital Region.
As Director Consulting Services you will be accountable for business development, financial management, project delivery oversight and people management in order for your busines to achieve its revenue and profitability targets.
• Driving growth through effective business development and consulting activities along with the commercial acumen to capitalize on business opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the Government, Federal departments, agencies and crown corporations.
• Participating in the delivery of client engagements, ensuring the quality of services delivered, utilizing relevant project management and delivery tools
• Attracting, recruiting and supporting the career development of team members
• Fostering the development of the team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution
• Operations Management - leading and managing to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
