Candidate will be a senior member of the development group, working in leadership role as Networking Architect. We are seeking an individual with great communication skills who is ideally known in the industry. The candidate should be able to work with the rest of the technical leadership, and executive management to help define and navigate the next generation software and product strategy for Dell EMC Networking. The candidate will be a resource to the networking engineering, product line management, sales and support team members in addition to Dell EMC executive staff. The candidate is expected to work across different BUs within Dell EMC Infrastructure Solutions Group and represent Dell EMC Networking to the community. We expect an individual with hands on experience who enjoys getting deep into the implementation if necessary.

QUALIFICATION: - Must have 18 to 25 years of experience in networking device related management. - Experience in Linux development with solid experience and understanding of the emerging Networking solutions and industry trends - Need to have solid C programming experience and solid design skills. - Knowledge of open networking paradigms and experience working with organizations - promoting those is preferred Good in algorithms and Data structures. - Good in IPCs, Memory Management, File Systems. Kernel development/debugging experience desirable but not mandatory. - Experience working on 1G/10G Ethernet switch platforms. - Understanding of layer 2, layer 3 networking. Educational Qualifications: - MS/BS in CSE/EE
