Own the design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services or technologies. Provide technical leadership and project management for all aspect of the software development lifecycles, including hands-on software engineering for distributed software systems. Analyze and profile existing software systems and processes to identify improvements to robustness and stability. Drive the design, implement, test, and develop of enhancements to current architecture. Evaluate system performance, design and metrics. Build, manage and develop a team of engineers. Mentor and manage resource allocation. Lead design reviews for engineers. Drive feedback on architecture and design issues. Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business objectives and define technical direction.
Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept 10 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience.
