Within the scope of growing and expanding our client portfolio, we are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Retail or Banking and Financial services (BFSI) Business units who will focus explicitly on the Sales of IT-Consulting Services to premium Retail or BFSI customers. The main focus lies with new client acquisition and the targeted development of the existing client portfolio.
As BDM you will be responsible for the client acquisition, development of on-going client relationships at our premium clients in Benelux region. Your longstanding experience from the IT-Service industry and Retail/BFSI sectors creates an added value for our clients and ensures Wipro’s standing on the Benelux market. You have a strong business acumen and a keen sense for the latest developments and trends on the market. Furthermore you will evaluate growth markets, analyse client needs, develop business plans and initiate and close business deals.

Your tasks:

The main focus is the acquisition of new clients in the Retail or BFSI market in Benelux region
Nurturing and growth of client portfolio
Market analysis with regards to new business and expansion opportunities
KPI-benchmarking as well as reporting and forecasting
Ramp-up planning as well as launch of project
