Additionally, you will love to lead, and will have at least 5+ years of experience leading an IT team. We have a great team of IT professionals for you coach, mentor, and develop. Not only them, but you are leading our entire organization when it comes to our technology needs, so you need to have integrity, a strong business acumen, excellent customer service, project management, listening skills (how else will you learn what your customers need/want?), and a sense of humor to balance it all out.

By establishing strategies for our corporate initiatives and prepare design specs to streamline IT efforts

By providing a flexible and scalable infrastructure that is properly sized to accommodate our anticipated future growth
By developing experts within our core business systems at our company
By promoting “system-thinking” and following the “USA” approach (Understand, Simplify, and Automate) to streamline key processes
You will EXPLORE:

By constantly looking at emerging technologies and recommending those that would allow us to move our technology needle
By continually seeking opportunities to share knowledge and provide clarity and improvements to our business
By creating and maintaining our IT roadmap and facilitating our annual company-wide and department IT goals
You will PERFORM:

By directing the security, data integrity, integration and availability of systems to reduce waste and maximize value
By managing resources and technologies to ensure timely completion of key company initiatives
By directing the integration of multiple networks, communication systems and remote facilities in an efficient manner, transparent to others
By ensuring data integrity, including SQL and Oracle database maintenance activities (You must have a strong background in SQL Server)
By driving projects related to IT throughout the organization, working with other leaders to ensure the success of all
By establishing appropriate policies, processes and controls to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, efficiency, reliability, utilization, understanding and upgradability
