Must have M.S degree, prefer Ph.D in Computer Science, Engineering or related area
10 years working experience in Database Engineering
Strong background in research with publications in top-tier conferences and journals such as SIGMOD, VLDB, ICDE, OSDI, SOSP; Experience of PC Chair or editor in top-tier conference and journal is a plus.
Extensive experience with design and development database kernel in OLTP and OLAP, in-depth knowledge or experience in query optimization, query execution, storage engine, transaction management, share-disk cluster database architecture, in-memory database, cloud and distributed database architecture, are highly desirable.
Ability for exploring new/cutting-edge area. Innovation ability and vision of database area in whose perspective.
