You flawlessly lead complex technical projects, implementations and integrations with a variety of our platforms and product lines. Responsibilities
Initiate, recommend, and formulate system, tools and project improvements that enable Google Cloud Support objectives.
Manage projects with high levels of complexity and scope, with responsibility for developing well defined milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
Identify, launch and enhance new systems and infrastructure program initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders by gathering requirements, defining scope, creating business cases, developing project plans and schedules, driving and managing implementation/deployment. May be involved in designing technical solutions for systems and tools.
Work closely with members of the global Google Cloud business and extended teams including but not limited to engineering, product and support to identify and build solutions and processes that are optimized using industry best-practices and successful in meeting the global/local objectives of the Google Cloud support teams.
Articulate product or program features and benefits to external audiences. Manage business-level relationships with partners/customers. May manage contractor application developers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience as product, program or project manager. Experience designing technical solutions for systems and tools.
Experience with hands on coding in a programming language e.g. Python, Java. Experience with designing and documenting web or mobile technologies and solution involving APIs, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, AJAX, Python etc.
Experience with the SDLC and the phases of designing enterprise software for internal company use cases.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in identifying business opportunities and defining and measuring success of proposed initiatives. Strong creativity in discovering actionable results and strategies.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple moderately complex initiatives.
Passion for technology and an ability to identify new opportunities, drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams.
Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a high paced and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
Fluid ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.
