5 + years leading technical delivery and sustaining operations for global commerce platforms
5 + years technical program management experience with Agile practices.
5 + years’ experience contributing to delivery of integration platforms serving global commerce. You are knowledgeable about common software industry integration practices and sustaining operations for integration platforms.
You learn your customer’s needs and you can share what you learn.
You can demonstrate deep understanding of a customer’s domain, express concepts vividly, and give them relevance.
You care deeply about agility, efficiency and velocity and you communicate and demonstrate behaviors that yield agile sustainable products, processes and teams.
You have experience applying different product delivery methods and can explain when different methods suit different problems.
