As a Sales Operations Lead on this team, you will be the main business partner to the gift cards Sales Director and the regional sales leads. You will lead a small team to develop, execute and manage large scale programs that allow the business to scale effectively. You will need to persuasively communicate your recommendations to key stakeholders and project manage implementation working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Work with Sales Director/Regional Sales leads to develop overall country, channel and partner strategic plans. Set OKRs and annual planning, help lead QBR, monthly reporting and weekly results tracking cadence.
Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics. Identify opportunities for regional product, programs, and process improvements, with a focus on driving significant business growth.
Lead a small team to develop, execute/streamline and manage sales programs/business practices while driving adoption of sales tools.
Act as the voice of gift cards within the Google Play organization and work collaboratively on long term planning, OKRs and related communication.
Lead discussions with senior stakeholders effectively and build consensus among cross-functional teams to influence decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing and developing other individuals.
Experience in managing the strategic planning cycle for a organization with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.

Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
8 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent sales/broader operations experience within retail, FMCG, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to present analysis and recommendations at executive levels internally and externally.
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and to launch new products and/or programs successfully in the market place.
Strong influencing skills, and willingness/ability to challenge senior sales leaders to drive business transformation.
