The Sr. Director, Customer Solutions will be based in Boston, MA. Sr. Director, Customer Solutions will be responsible for qualifying, selling and leading first customer interactions for the ICE team, by providing technical insight, go fast planning, facilitating contract, pricing and readiness to capture the first business win of prototype, design and assembly as per customers’ expectations.
