Sr. Director, Customer Solutions will be responsible for qualifying, selling and leading first customer interactions for the ICE team, by providing technical insight, go fast planning, facilitating contract, pricing and readiness to capture the first business win of prototype, design and assembly as per customers’ expectations.

Participating in the formation of corporate and strategic plans and to create new business and sustain current accounts – no sales pitch
Responsible for putting together entire proposal – prototype to mass production
Book deal – manage contract negotiations
Deliver solutions to customers on their design and spec requirements

Deep experience working w/ design and product development teams
Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Focus on start-up companies
Industry experience in one or more; EMS, Supply Chain or Consumer Products – healthcare
