Partner with engineering, data science and business intelligence to define revenue optimization strategies across different advertising demand sources and in-app purchase
Set-up operational functions, develop tools and best practices to scale our business
Partner with our sales and account management teams to drive revenue and strategic goals
Work with different stakeholders, including other teams within Unity to define the best user experience and maximize synergies for developers across our platform
Requirements
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive revenue and monetization products
5+ years of yield management or revenue optimization roles in an Supply Side Platform, a publishers’ programmatic business or games publishers
Demonstrated ability to scale revenue driven from direct sales and programmatic demand
Previous experience in product management role preferred
Previous experience in the mobile advertising and gaming ideal, but not required
Experience in fast paced environment
Extremely action oriented and analytical. Makes decisions based on data
Agile, adaptable and capable of delivering new products and features iteratively
Cross-functional leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with engineering, business development, account management and other Unity teams to drive successful releases
BS degree in applicable analytical field or equivalent technical experience
