In your role as the Managing Director of Internal Audit Services, you will ensure that the US Audit Department understands and delivers on a myriad of regulatory expectations. This will include maintaining a US IAS Regulatory “Risk and Control Matrix”, ensuring related risks and controls are performed, and facilitate all US regulatory requests, reviews and issue resolutions activities. You will work with management in achieving business objectives by ensuring appropriate action is taking place to improve operations in areas with identified weaknesses. You will collaboratively help meet the expectations of the Regulators and the Board of Directors

• Develop US focused audit strategies addressing SR13-1 and other regulatory expectations, work closely with the US Chief Auditor.
• Construct and maintain a US IAS Regulatory “Risk & Control Matrix”.
• Point of contact for regulators (FRBNY, OCC, SEC, FINRA), for the US IAS, facilitating all US regulatory requests, reviews etc.
• Work closely across all US audit groups, within a matrix structure of all global IAS Executives, to meet US regulatory expectations.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
• 15 years financial services experience (US focus)
• More than 10 years of Audit experience in Financial Services in a senior roles.
• Majority of experience focused in the US regulatory space
• CPA

• Post Graduate Preferred
