Our mission is to provide highly available, scalable and performance capabilities that provides key capabilities in User, Application Data Services, Monitoring, Messaging, Streaming, Notification, Media and Content. • Demonstrate solid understanding of key projects/initiatives within program, ensure delivery of project requirements.
• Demonstrate solid understanding and communication of goals/strategies of projects/program to the team.
• Develop subject matter expertise for project/program.
• Develop appropriately detailed project/program plans that minimize the amount of unplanned activities and allow team members to effectively schedule their work
• Monitor and document accurate status of projects, projects within program(s), or external projects that have dependencies
• Identify, track, prioritize and drive resolution of project/program level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues
• Identify project/program risks and develop risk mitigation techniques to minimize issues.
• Ensure escalations to the appropriate individuals/groups are done early and often
• Lead and participate in deep dives on key initiatives through program and project reviews with team.
• Lead project team to formulate, communicate, and execute get-well plans.
• Maintain progress documentation on the wiki or other documentation repositories
• Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
• Empower the team to self-organize
Job Requirements Business Engagement, Collaboration and Communication:
• Matrix manage a project or program team of individuals focused on providing project/program management support.
• Communicate timely and accurate status to appropriate levels and stake holders.
• Identify impacts and ensure team takes into account the needs of groups as it relates to your project or program.
• Drive recommendations which influence product definition
• Proficient at developing and delivery of effective presentations.
• Strong technical background in Infrastructure
• Understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud and DevOps
• Extensive product experience designing, building and managing analytics/BI systems
• Some background in programming languages, relational databases and Data Warehouse a plus
• CSM and / or PMP certification a plus
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills

Infrastructure, Cloud or Devops background required
