As a Director of Product Design and a member of the senior OkCupid team, you’ll lead product designers and work closely with engineering, data analysts and product management to make OkCupid a great experience.

Manage and grow a team of designers and creatives

Drive the creative direction of OkCupid’s visual and brand expression
Help define the long-term vision for the OkCupid experience on Web, iOS and Android
Develop simple solutions to complex user experience problems
Establish and evangelize best product design practices to designers, engineers, and product managers
What are we looking for?
A leader of Product Design with 10+ years of experience spearheading the design of digital products, brands, and services on both web and mobile
Someone who is as comfortable thinking about long-term product visions as they are at driving pixel-perfect design execution
An expert on current web and app UX trends and has a grasp on where these trends are moving, especially in regards to mobile
A pragmatist; one who has clearly demonstrated the ability to tradeoff between pixel perfection and speed
Someone who understands the product development workflow (research, design, build, test, ship, test, research, etc.)
