• Analyze partner integration with Masterpass, working closely with our regional partners and development & testing teams.
• Monitor, manage and solve issues for existing partners.
• Identify areas for improvement, including proactive identification of key partner issues and preventative measures in both testing and certification.
• Deliver reports to management on the areas of risk and resolution plans.
• Validate that integration processes are followed and that test results meet the defined criteria.
• Co-ordinate the resolution of issues identified through testing.
All About You
• Experience in testing and/or product delivery in the payment industry, including experience launching new services with payment providers.
• Experience in data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong technical competence in the area of e-comm and mobile payment products.
• Technical awareness of contactless, NFC, EMV and Magnetic stripe payment products.
• Excellent oral and written communication, project management and matrix-management skills.
