As the Director, you will use your business acumen and industry knowledge to ensure the overall success of Games business for Google Play. You will manage and grow a team of expert partnership managers, own, drive the vision and strategy for the Play Games business and help both top developers and Indies build successful global businesses on Play. You will also help partners manage business creation and growth on Google Play globally.

Become the primary point of contact for key Games partners in the US and global partners.
Collaborate with developers to drive business growth for top developers businesses globally.
Manage, lead, grow a team of strategic partnership managers to achieve Play Games targets; Work with the cross-functional team (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to grow the size of the business on Google Play.
Track and understand key partner metrics, to understand the health of developer businesses; communicate best practices to partners to support the strategic priorities of Google Play.
Define partnership strategies and execute go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with mobile apps and gaming, mobile app development technologies, business models, distribution channels, and landscape.
Proven experience managing teams and working with partners in mobile industries.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
Proven experience working with partners in mobile; Games industry experience and in-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams (product management, implementation, legal, finance, marketing, etc.).
Proven track record in creating and executing against a pipeline.
Passion for mobile games, mobile business, mobile technology.
Strong product sensibility, with capability to change and drive key product innovations or opportunities with the developer community.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to represent complex business or technical concepts externally.
