Reporting to the Sr. Director, Architectures & Engineering, in the America's Partner Organization. The Director, Channel Go-to-Market Strategy for Data Center and Enterprise Networking , is responsible for shaping and executing Cisco’s Channel go-to-market strategy for Data Center and Cloud. He/she will consult with sales, business units, field channel teams and other functional organizations regarding strategic and tactical planning, management and execution of the key initiatives needed to drive a portfolio of various hardware, software and service offers through Cisco’s partner ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
Provide thought leadership into strategy, planning and execution:

Ability to develop a strong business plan for all routes to market in DC & Enterprise Networking
Build effective enablement structure and plan to all stakeholders of the business
Guide architectural decisions on building and delivering integrated solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise on critical capabilities and lifecycle services.
Drive common user experiences across offers by developing a partner delivery framework.
Provide go to market guidance on the key imperatives and ensuring consistent adoption across field teams and GEOs
Develop, operationalize and align the critical cross functional activities to drive data center and enterprise networking go-to-market initiatives
Act as a Change agent to transform Cisco’s Partner Program and the ecosystem of partners needed to accelerate Cisco’s data center and cloud business

• Constant, clear communication and facilitation of objectives, status, tactics and results to all stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree required. MBA or Masters degree computer science is preferred. Field Sales experience a plus • 10+ years’ experience in the IT Industry managing operations, program management or strategy development • Experience working in large, complex organizations • Proven success, record of high performance and strong leadership skills
