Ability to creative direct multiple workflows, build processes, and provide feedback to design resources that deliver the highest quality creative work and craftsmanship
Lead conceptual and creative execution across mediums of presentations, digital, print, environmental and event experience
Oversee and art direct a team of internal designers and external resources
Contribute creative decisions while working closely with cross-functional and executive teams
Manage production of collateral to accomplish broad marketing goals and support global product launches
Minimum Qualification
BA or BFA
5+ years experience of working in an advertising agency or in-house creative environment
A portfolio of work showcasing understanding and execution in brand, visual, and presentation design
Skilled at multi-tasking, delivering under timelines, and adapting to change
Develop sketches into innovative and constructible projects from concept to launch
Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote and PowerPoint
