Director of Finance for NBCU & Telemundo Owned Station National Sales Organization will own ad sales revenue and FP&A activities related to the National Sales Organization (inclusive of 8 NBCU NSO offices, 7 Telemundo NSO offices, RSNs, Sports & Olympic Team, NBCU & Telemundo BD team, NBCU & Telemundo Digital & OOH, COZI, & LX properties). This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and six additional Sales SVPs, as well as finance leadership. The Director’s team will compile critical national revenue & cost analysis, which will directly impact NBCU OTS business decisions. The Director will manage a team of two Finance Managers (one dedicated to Broadcast and one dedicated to Digital/COZI/OOH/LX).

The team (led by the Director) will be responsible for the NBCU & Telemundo National Sales Office national revenue with respect to annual sales targeting/budgeting process, Budget & LRP meetings and Sales Incentive Compensation implementation. The team is also responsible for FP&A activities related to the NSO - inclusive of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, headcount reporting, & quarter closes.
Director should be innovative in implementing new initiatives across the group and spearheading projects to move our business and organization forward in this changing and challenging sales environment.
Director will be responsible for managing the professional development of two finance managers.
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be willing to work in New York, NY
Must be able to travel
Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation including a credit check
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
