This position part of Enterprise Data Management & Governance organization is focused on Enterprise Data Quality. You will be responsible for spearheading the Master Data Quality initiatives at SAP supporting the master data needs of all Board Areas / LoB. The position will be directly responsible for few Master Data domains while play a key coordination role working with various Board area Process and Master Data leads to improve master data quality using both reactive and proactive approaches.

Projects & Programs:
Define, lead, and enable execution of large scale projects & programs through direct and indirect reports at a global and regional level.
Own decisions, measures, and visibility of team-related program/project including sharing of learnings and successes.
Empower team members to successfully define, manage, and execute against project timelines and objectives, but also how to enable acceleration and pass risks/barriers.
Deliver on own projects championing SAP strategy and operational excellence, while looking at impact and opportunities beyond own team.

Enable business and sales stakeholders to leverage and adopt services, tools, or processes produced through the team.
Identify opportunities to drive broader enablement, scale, and coverage for related services.
Enable and act as change agent.

FOCUS / SPECIALIZATION
Master Data Management:
Enable, coach and facilitate team execution and support master data quality in line with business and operational priorities.
Think beyond team boundaries to drive efficiencies and simplification for data operations leveraging Enterprise Data Management CoE & Shared Service centers
Ensure compliance to related governance and guidance on Master Data processes.
Define and execute strategies to improve Quality of data at local level
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Language Requirements
Overall 10+ years of experience with Consulting, Sales, Pre-Sales and/or Sales Operations
5+ years of experience as a business/data management / data quality analyst for CRM, ERP, data warehousing and/or data projects
Experienced with business processes related to Information Quality Management, including customer data governance, stewardship, and data cleansing methodologies.
Experienced working with and having a good understanding of D&B data on Companies
Demonstrated capability in process analysis and process improvement techniques
Enterprise Information Management solution experience a plus;
Experience working within project management related fields required;
Experience in working together with Senior Management;
Strong communication, coordination, meeting facilitation experience
Be results driven and quality focused
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience in Software Industry and advantage
Education
University degree (min. Bachelor as entry level) or comparable experience
Professional Training & Certification
SAP application (CRM, ERP, S/4 HANA) experience preferred
Agile solution delivery experience a plus
