Position is responsible for the strategic and tactical implementation of the corporate systems portfolio supporting Viacom as part of the Media & Technology Services (MTS) organization. This includes but is not limited to Human Resources and Payroll systems, Legal systems, Collaboration technologies including corporate portals and Enterprise Cloud applications including ServiceNow, and Workfront. This position will help ensure that the existing and future needs of the company are met and that the quality and consistency of the Application Development team is kept at the highest level. Position will bridge the gap between the business users and the MTS teams responsible for building and maintaining corporate systems.

The candidate will develop, implement and manage the application roadmap in support of the company’s business strategy ensuring alignment to stated business goals and direction of the company.
Acts as an executive technology resource to business senior management and is expected to be a significant contributor to future business decisions of the company, providing strategic direction, analysis and alternative action plans to assist senior management in decision making, where applicable.

In addition to the implementation of new systems, this individual will ensure that the company’s existing applications specific to their business areas are maintained and operating in an efficient and secure manner to meet ongoing business requirements while updated systems are developed and installed.

This person is responsible for adherence to General Computing Controls and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley for in scope applications.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in implementing and maintaining global ERP solutions such as Peoplesoft for Human Capital Management is required.
Knowledge of Legal system
A minimum of 15 years of experience in performing and leading the development and implementation of large corporate systems projects is required. Management of such systems also running in international locations is preferred.
solutions for processes such as Matter Management, Document Management, Records Management as well as Rights Management, Consumer Products Licensing and International Program Sales is preferred.
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow is preferred.
Experience in implementing and maintaining portal, workflow and collaboration tools and technologies is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of budget management experience required.
Implementation experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence is required.
Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is required.
Experienced working with consulting services companies and software vendors is required.
Project planning and tracking with an industry standard SDLC background is required
Experience with change control processes and software is preferred.
Additional Qualifications
Experienced in Media & Entertainment industry is preferred.
Experience in Business Analysis techniques such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
PMI certification a plus
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate degree in management, service or technology is preferred
