The Director - Real Estate Procurement will be responsible for all Real Estate in the North East. This role is extremely important to the overall business and therefore there will be daily interaction with C-Level Executives at a Tier 1 company.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and report procurement progress at regular meetings. Use data to show value of sourcing strategies to support business strategy.
Develop sourcing strategies for the region, builds a pipeline of Procurement projects for the spend portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders and execute deals in the timely mannor (what was agreed with key stakeholders).
Develop and implement strategies; monitors the success and buy in to those strategies.
Lead complex sourcing processes and present their benefits to a wide range of senior stakeholders
Develop deep relationships with stakeholders across the business
Develop new cost cutting/reduction strategies and achieve those reduction targets;
Provides accurate monthly reports
Manage and coach junior members
