We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated leader for our user experience and software product management teams. This individual will:
Help to define how users experience our products
Inspire and lead a team of product managers and UX designers to create best-in-class products
Establish goals and objectives for functional teams aligned with product roadmap and business direction
Provide strategic vision, overall leadership, coaching, development, and performance management to the team
Recruit, retain and maximize staff performance by building critical skills; ensuring succession and development plans are in place for key positions
Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of his/her team(s)
Desired Skills and Experience
BS and 12+ years related industry experience (or MS and 10+ years)
8+ years in people management including hiring, building teams, and professional development
Proven track record in delivering great consumer products
Strong UX perspective and vision / demonstrated understanding of design fundamentals
Prior experience in software development; ability to “deep dive” technically
Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
