Drives cross-functional projects to successful outcomes

Drives strategic support for Real Estate initiatives (for example, new store development) to maximize ROI and drive efficiencies
Oversees advanced analytics initiatives for Real Estate department
Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field and 8 years experience in analytics or related field OR Master's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field and 6 years experience in analytics or related field OR Doctorate in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field and 4 years experience in analytics or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years of supervisory experience OR 4 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
6 years experience in analytics consulting.
6 years experience managing large scale change initiatives.
6 years experience working with analytics software (for example, Tableau, Clementine, SAS, Alteryx), including proficiency in advanced application functions.
6 years work experience requiring advanced statistical analyses and interpretation of results, including trend analysis and modeling.
Project Management Certification (PMP).
