Job Summary
The Treasury Director position will have responsibility initiating, leading, and managing various core treasury activities including cash management, financial risk management, and credit management. In this role, the individual will develop Global strategy and work with business units and other Jabil departments to champion treasury initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for cash management, financial risk management and other treasury initiatives.
- Develop corporate treasury strategy and put into practice
- Direct the work to develop, document and implement a consistent baseline for treasury activities for use within corporate treasury in addition to regional and plant treasury
- Lead line of sight initiatives within Global Treasury. Drive individuals and team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of treasury and organizational goals

- Drive change within and outside the treasury organization to ensure better cash and financial risk visibility, process standardization and cost reduction
- Lead, train and develop a team of professionals for future business expansion
- Ensure corporate policy and procedures to be duly followed
- Work with different functions to provide advice and expertise and facilitate education to respective functions in order to identify what is required for most effective and efficient treasury support and management in the region and at corporate level
- Provide senior management with accurate and timely information to facilitate key decision making processes and execution of business strategy
- Lead education, training, and communication efforts to plants and regional treasury to enable adoption of treasury best practices
- Recruit, hire, and retain strong talent
- Establish measurable goals and objectives for the individuals and the team
- Apply industry and treasury best practices to Jabil's organization and structure
- Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately
- May perform additional duties as required by manager
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree required. MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or Business Management or related field
- Plus a minimum of 10 years work-related experience required, preferably in global treasury
- Significant previous finance (or equivalent job) work experience
